1. Real Estate Marketing Only

EVORA is for professional property listing marketing. You may use it only with property images, listing data, branding, and contact details that you are authorized to use for commercial real estate promotion.

2. No Identity Manipulation

EVORA uses a closed-system architecture and does not permit identity manipulation, face-swaps, or deceptive impersonation. Optional guide media must use authorized, commercially licensed digital presenters provided through our enterprise AI partners.

3. No Misleading Property Representation

You may not use EVORA to materially misrepresent a property, hide known defects, fabricate amenities, alter listing facts, misstate price or availability, or create promotional content that would mislead buyers, renters, owners, or regulators.

4. No Voice Impersonation

You may not submit scripts or media intended to imitate a real person's voice without consent. Professional voice profiles must be used as neutral narration for property marketing, not to deceive listeners about who is speaking.

5. No Copyright or MLS Infringement

You may not upload images, MLS data, logos, floor plans, text, or other materials unless you have the rights and permissions required for marketing use. You are solely responsible for user-submitted content and related permissions.

6. No Harmful or Restricted Content

You may not use EVORA for unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, exploitative, unsafe, politically motivated, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content. EVORA is not a general-purpose media platform.

7. Moderation and Termination

Every generated video is reviewed by a human moderator before delivery and may also be screened by automated filtering. EVORA may reject content, deduct used rendering resources, suspend access, or terminate accounts without refund for policy violations. Serious violations may be reported to the merchant of record, platform providers, or competent authorities.
