1. Digital Service Credits

EVORA sells consumable Video Render Credits for a digital property video workflow. One credit equates to the full processing and rendering of one branded 9:16 property video compilation.

2. Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OU, as merchant of record. Creem handles checkout, invoices, applicable taxes, eligible refunds, and chargebacks. EVORA does not store full card details.

3. Final Sale After Rendering Starts

Because render credits are consumable digital services, a credit becomes final and non-refundable once you click the render action and processing begins. The workflow may immediately allocate third-party processing, voiceover, moderation, and rendering resources.

4. EU and UK Withdrawal Waiver

For customers who may be covered by EU Directive 2011/83/EU or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, clicking the render action is your express request for immediate digital performance. You acknowledge that, once the credit is used and rendering starts, you waive any 14-day withdrawal right for that consumed digital service.

5. Technical Failure Exception

We may review a credit restoration or refund only when a verified technical failure prevents delivery of the video. To be considered, you must notify support@evorareels.com within 72 hours after the render attempt and include your account email, transaction or checkout reference, and a description of the issue.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for disliked creative results, user-provided errors in listing information, unauthorized uploaded content, policy violations, expired or inaccessible source files, or account termination for abuse.
