1. Who We Are

EVORA provides a property listing video platform for real estate professionals. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@evorareels.com.

2. Personal Data We Process

We may process account information such as name and email address; property/listing content such as uploaded photos, address or location, price, size, room count, brokerage, agent name, and contact number; workflow metadata; moderation records; support messages; and payment status information received from our merchant of record. EVORA does not store full card details.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, compile and render property videos, perform human moderation before delivery, provide customer support, maintain billing records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on your location, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and consent where required.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors and Media APIs

EVORA uses third-party subprocessors and media APIs to format scripts, prepare voiceover and digital presenter media, render scenes, compose videos, host files, authenticate users, and process payments. These providers may include cloud hosting services, OpenAI, HeyGen, JSON2Video, and other workflow providers used only as needed for the requested property video.

We apply data minimization: only the data needed for a workflow step is sent to the relevant provider. Our data processing agreements require providers not to use user data to train their models, and we use zero-retention or equivalent restricted processing settings where available.

5. International Transfers

Some subprocessors may process data outside your country, including the European Economic Area, Turkiye, the United Kingdom, or the United States. Where required by GDPR, KVKK, or similar laws, we use appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, security controls, and user consent where applicable.

6. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and retain workflow data only as long as needed to provide the service, support users, moderate content, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion by contacting support@evorareels.com, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate dispute prevention.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, limited operational access, and provider security controls to protect data. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep data protected and limit access to people and systems that need it.

8. GDPR and KVKK Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under KVKK, you may exercise the rights set out in Article 11. To submit a request, email support@evorareels.com.

9. Cookies

EVORA uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, and basic service operation. We do not require advertising cookies to provide the core workflow.
